This is new for us – we've never posted an infographic on the Delta Blog before.

But I came across this one that was published by Salesforce Canada, and I thought that it nicely captured some of the same messages that we try to share with our readers. In particular, pay attention to the discussion of 'active listening'. Self-awareness is crucial when it comes to listening – few of us are naturally good at this. 

We all suffer from 'waiting for my turn to talk' syndrome, so the list of tips here can be very helpful as we consider how to become better at listening.

The real problem is that gap between listening speed and thinking speed.
