UPDATED: Managing Change eBook

Geoff Schaadt

In December of 2011, we announced our new eBook on Managing Change, and we began that post with this quote from Stephen R. Covey:

"Profound and lasting cultural change in an organization cannot happen unless individuals...themselves undergo a personal change”.

To no one's surprise, little has happened to make this statement any less true over the past seven months.  In fact, many of our readers and clients are reporting quite the opposite.

I think it is primarily due to this ongoing environment of uncertainty and continuous change that our eBook has been so well received.  The response has been overwhelmingly positive – more so than we had hoped when it was first posted.

In fact, we are so pleased with the reaction to this workbook that we are delighted to announce the same great content in both official languages!  That's right, the Managing Change eBook is now available en Francais...

We created this document with the hope that it would be used – so go download it in whichever language is more useful for you.  And please, if you find the information useful, feel free to share it with anyone whom you think might benefit.

All we ask in return is that you share your stories about how you used the content to help you and your organization cope with change.  And – because we have had inquiries – of course you can re-use this content!  We published it under a Creative Commons license for that reason.  All we ask is that you credit our work when you use it.

Enjoy the new format – and remember that the English version is still available (and free):
