Service Pledge

The Delta Partners Inc. and its consulting associates pledge to conduct themselves at all times in a professional and ethical manner when entrusted with a management consulting mandate by a client. This pledge includes a commitment to ensuring due care and diligence; providing professional services with integrity, objectivity, and independence while striving to meet and exceed client objectives, requirements, expectations, and satisfaction.

Our Service Pledge to Clients is supported by a comprehensive quality assurance process, which is subscribed to by the firm and its consulting associates at all levels. All steps of the process are documented in the Delta Partners Inc. Quality Assurance Handbook © 2008, our consulting associates are trained in its application, and regular conformance reviews are conducted to ensure that our pledge of professional and ethical conduct is in fact, a living reality.

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services meet or exceed the client’s requirements as specified in the contract and amendments, if any, for work to be performed. Our QA process that provides for regular reports to the client during project execution and our post project assessment are our means for ensuring that we fulfill work obligations.
