Measuring Employee Engagement: A Strategic Priority for Deputy Heads in the Canadian Public Service

This paper discusses the use of the Public Service Employee Survey to gauge the level of employee engagement and recommends that future iterations of the Survey incorporate the Conference Board’s “Global Barometer for Measuring Employee Engagement”.
