About
A senior consultant with Delta Partners, Allen has successfully managed an assortment of projects in several Departments of the Government of Canada covering a range of issues in organizational management, project management, change management, and organizational development.
As a Business Planning and Policy Analyst, Allen has expertise in Scenario and Contingency Planning, Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, and Business System Planning.
Allen has been active in both the international and national consulting environment. His international experience stems from service with the Canadian Forces in Afghanistan as the Deputy Strategic Planner to the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), providing support and advice to the Afghan Government and the international community, UN and non-governmental organizations.
