Dr. Gita Baack has over 35 years working in and with the government sector to effect positive change. She has also helped hundreds of downsized employees in the technology sector to find new career opportunities by helping them with results-based resumés and interview strategies.
Gita holds a PhD from Tilburg University, The Netherlands, in Applied Social Science in association with the Taos Institute in Social Constructionism and Relational Being. She holds a Master’s degree from Concordia University, Montreal, in Human Systems Intervention. In addition, Gita also holds a Secret security clearance from the Government of Canada.

She is certified in administering and coaching the Emotional Intelligence Profile (Learning in Action, Seattle, Wash.), which provides for an understanding of current coping strategies under stress and provides suggestions for better coping strategies and improved relational practices.
Gita is a certified facilitator and trainer, and has provided numerous workshops for the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS), including:
