Alcide DeGagné
Chairman and CEO
Alcide DeGagné founded Delta Partners in 1989 after a distinguished public service career in which he championed strategic thinking and public sector modernization.
With extensive private sector experience and as a former Assistant Deputy Minister in the federal government, Alcide understands the challenges faced by senior executives. At the municipal level, Alcide served as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Ottawa, Chief Financial Officer for the City of Oshawa, and Commissioner of Management Services for The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto.
In his role as Chairman and CEO of Delta Partners, he focuses on advising clients on the challenges facing senior executives striving to create value wealth in the face of competing priorities, rapid and constant change, a lack of resources, poor communication, company ambiguity, and less than ideal employee engagement.
Alcide has an MBA from the University of Ottawa. He also holds the FCGA designation from the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada and is a Certified Management Consultant.

Greg Tricklebank
Principal
Greg Tricklebank is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and is a Principal, and former Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Delta Partners Inc. Greg is a seasoned social science professional with twenty years of consulting experience as a specialist in qualitative and quantitative research methods, evaluation, and organizational development and change management.
Prior to joining Delta Partners in 1993, Greg had twelve years of management experience in the not-for-profit health and social services sector. Highlights of this experience include management of a large-scale controlled clinical trial funded by Health Canada, coordination of the first humanitarian assistance project to the Former Soviet Union under the auspices of DFAIT, and establishment of a new permanent delegation in Ukraine for the International Red Cross organization.
Greg’s formal education includes a BA in Economics and MA in Sociology from Carleton University, plus three years of advanced research in Organizational Sociology at the University of Oxford, Nuffield College.
During his spare time, Greg can be found on one of his favourite golf courses or cruising in the Caribbean.

Ian Jackson
Executive Account Manager
The Managing Partner of Nexus HR Solutions since 2001, with the acquisition and merger of Nexus HR Solutions in 2009 Ian joined Delta Partners as a principal responsible for executive account management. Ian’s approach is to work collaboratively with an organization’s executive team acting as facilitator to identify key issues and provide advice to leaders in developing innovative business transformation solutions.
A graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, Ian has over 35 years of experience in the Canadian Forces and the Public Service. He is a strategic thinker, problem solver and change leader who has consistently assisted organizations achieve their goals and objectives.
